Young Professional Development Program
The YPDP is a two-year programme that prepares young professionals from OPEC Fund Member Countries for development finance careers.

About the programme
Applicants must be 30 or younger, hold a master's degree and have at least three years of work experience. Participants rotate through departments and receive coaching. A role may be offered after the programme based on performance and business need.
