The Business Transformation Department (SNBT) invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: “Adoption and Change Management Consultant for projects led by the Business Transformation Department (SNBT) under the WAKANDA initiative”.The Consultant in Adoption and Change Management (ACM) will contribute to the implementation of strategies to change the way employees work so that the Bank can realize business value from Business Process Reengineering and its related SAP transformation projects. **Assignment Objectives** The assignment objectives are to support the creation of business awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement to adopt and maintain the changes introduced. The consultant’s mission is to achieve the following: * Assist in the identification and awareness of methods, tools, and the ability to measure the impact of behavioral change; * Contribute to the resolution of specific adoption issues defined at the onset and to be addressed over the course of the engagement; * Support the implementation of change management activities aimed at encouraging behavioral adoption and contribute to tracking and reporting the associated benefits; * Work with the team to define a roadmap to successful usage and adoption of the new processes and related SAP system being developed;
