Relocation
UNDP states that International Professional and Director staff may have travel and shipping expenses covered when taking up an assignment outside the home country or changing duty station. A shipment allowance and settling-in grant may also apply. Source
Visa sponsorship
UNDP's benefits page says support is provided for visa arrangements when preparing for relocation. Nationality, duty station, and contract type set the exact process. Source
Home leave / paid home travel
UNDP international staff follow UN home-leave rules when eligible. The benefit supports periodic travel to the recognized home country, with timing set by duty-station classification and staff rules. Source
Diplomatic license plate
UNDP staff vehicle privileges are local protocol matters and are normally limited to senior or accredited officials. They are protocol benefits, not a standard feature of all international professional appointments. Source · estimate
Diplomatic document
Eligible UNDP officials can use the United Nations laissez-passer for official travel under the UN privileges framework. Local identity or residence documents are set by the duty station. Source
