Who Can Apply to the OPEC Fund Young Professional Development Program

Applicants must be nationals of an OPEC Fund Member Country and be no older than 30. They need a master's degree and at least three years of experience. The programme lasts two years.

Beyond the nationality rules above, Applicants must be 30 or younger, hold a master's degree and have at least three years of work experience. Participants rotate through departments and receive coaching. A role may be offered after the programme based on performance and business need. Read each call on the official programme page.
