Entry programmes
IDB Group Internship Program
Paid internship pathway for students to work with IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab teams. Applicants must be active undergraduate students at least in the second year, or graduate students with at least half of coursework completed. Source
- Track: Traineeship
- Eligibility: Headquarters internships require citizenship of an IDB member country. Country-office internships require citizenship or legal residence in the office country. IDB Invest positions do not have citizenship restrictions.
- Minimum degree: Bachelor's
- Typical window: Three to four months before headquarters intakes
- Cycle: Two intakes per year
- Headquarters internships run in winter and summer. Country-office internships are posted as business needs arise.
